Edith Hamelryckx appointed as new HR director of Milcobel

On May 15, Edith Hamelryckx will take office as the new HR director of dairy cooperative Milcobel. Edith replaces Kris Lambrecht, who is turning his career around after almost 9 years at Milcobel.

Edith has over 25 years of experience in HR and held several key positions both nationally and internationally in companies such as SD Worx, Dupont de Nemours and Qualiphar. She has extensive experience in talent management, change management and labor relations. She is used to working in challenging environments with different stakeholders. She combines an economic approach with a natural and people-oriented leadership style.
